It's time for the side dish to go along with the grilled T-bone steaks! This dish is so simple and is the perfect side for any grilled meat or poultry, meat loaf, or roasted chicken!
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
I normally prepare one potato per person and then add one more. Scrub the potatoes and cut into large wedges.
Using a wooden spoon, toss the potatoes with the oil and seasoning. Place in oven and roast for 20 - 25 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking. When a knife can be easily inserted into the potatoes, they're ready.
