Hi Supermoms,
We all know that gooseberry/amla/nellikai is a superfruit. Did you know that, a 100-gram serving of fresh Amla contains as much Vitamin C as 20 Oranges. It is also rich in anti-oxidants. Amla helps in controlling Diabetes, improving your digestion, strengthening your eyesight, enhancing your immunity, better memory and Brain Health.
We must try and include it in our diet regularly. I have successfully substituted Amla in place of Tamarind, Lemon etc in many recipes without compromising on taste. I have shared plenty of gooseberry recipes on my blog. Do try them out and give me your feedback.
Today I am sharing another quick amla recipe that everyone will love - Achari Amla Raita.
