For Crust:
40-42 digestive biscuits
1/3 cup ghee or melted butter
For Filling:
1 cup white chocolate
1/4 cup fresh cream
1 tbsp chopped nuts (I used pista and cashews)
1 tbsp water or milk
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1 tsp kewra water (optional)
few strands of kesar
METHOD:
Grind the biscuits and add ghee or melted butter. Make a wet sand like powder.
Spread it evenly on tart bowl.
Keep it in the fridge while we prepare filling.
For filling:
Dissolve kesar strands in water or milk and set aside.
Melt white chocolate and cream using double boiler method or microwave.
Add chopped nuts, kesar dissolved water and kewra water.
Keep it in the fridge for 4-5 hours or overnight.
Slice and enjoy!
